WhatsTheirNames Theatre are proud to present William Shakespeare's dazzling comedy 'As You Like It', a youthful and joyous coming of age story of learning what it means to be in love. Set at the beautiful organic farm, Vincent's Eco Estate, the play will be running for six nights from the 13th to the 18th of June. With a fantastic cast on set, expect loads of energy, comedy and of course inventiveness.

Four fearless comedians will go head to head in a battle of wit and humour on Friday 16th June at SOHO. Each comedian will perform their set and the audiences' applause, cheers, and laughter will determine who advances to the next round and ultimately takes home the crown of the Comedy Roast Battles. A different set by the Clueless Comedy Collective, it's the perfect opportunity to let loose and have a great time with friends.

The International Wine Festival is kicking off summer with an epic 5-day celebration of wine from Wednesday 21st June through to Sunday 25th June. The festival will be held at the beautiful Argotti Botanical Gardens in Floriana where audiences will be able to soak in the atmosphere, discover a variety of wines from around the world, engage with expert sommeliers, and participate in masterclasses. Discover the works which have defined and influenced Ukrainian music over the past centuries at Storeroom. On Wednesday 7th June, Ukrainian pianist, Olena Pogulyaeva, will be presenting a repertoire of music by some of the greatest Ukrainian masters including Borys Lyatoshynsky, Viktor Kosenko, Mykola Lysenko, Levko Revutsky, Reinhold Glier, Sergii Bortkiewicz, Yakiv Stepovyi, Ihor Shamo, and others at Storeroom. The concert will also feature Maltese saxophonist Carlo Muscat. Ticket sales will help in donating to the Ukrainian Armed Forces as support against the ongoing Russian aggression and can be bought for just €7 from here.
The annual festival of lights in the fortified Cittadella in Gozo is truly something to be admired. On Friday 30th June, stroll through the narrow streets of Cittadella and be surrounded by the soft glow of over 30,000 candles. The magical atmosphere created by the flickering lights will offer a breathtaking 360-degree panoramic view of Gozo's hills, valleys, villages, and churches, as well as a stunning view across the sea to Malta.
The festival offers a range of activities for everyone to enjoy, including historic re-enactments, extended and discounted museum entrances, opening of other public venues of interest, food stalls, live entertainment on stage and around the city, together with children's activities.
Sunday 4th June is National Animal Rights Day and Malta is celebrating its 3rd edition in Valletta with a memorial ceremony to commemorate the billions of animals who die yearly by human hands. Starting at 6pm, the event will commence with a solemn parade, leading to a moving ceremony featuring inspiring speeches, captivating live performances, and thought-provoking readings.

Davy Chou’s, Return to Seoul, will be screened at Spazju Kreattiv, Malta's only art-house cinema, on Wednesday 7th June. The movie premiered in the Un Certain Regard section of the 2022 Cannes Film Festival and is an unpredictable and refreshingly authentic story of a young woman’s search for identity as she makes an impulsive decision to visit Seoul for the first time since her adoption, in an attempt to reconnect with her biological parents and the culture she had to leave behind.
