1. Spice up your salad Workshop

Do you want to start making a salad that rocks? Something that you can show off to your family or friends? Salads are not meant to be boring and that is why the professional team at the Mediterranean Culinary Academy are here to spice up your salad in this 3-hour workshop at Carob Tree on 26th January and change your salad game forever.

SPICE UP YOUR SALAD

A great salad is the perfect example of several individual components coming together to become something much greater than the sum of its parts. Therefore, during the session you will be preparing six individual recipes that can just as easily be prepared individually or brought together as a complete dish for a delicious combination of textures and flavors. Think about Yoghurt marinated chicken thighs, farro pilaf with caramelized onion, cumin and kale, coriander pickled carrots, mint chermoula, roast squash, spice roasted nuts. Sounds delicious right?

Do not worry about a thing as all the recipes, tools and ingredients you need for the session will be provided on the day. All that is asked is that you turn up on time. Once the cooking session is complete, you can choose to enjoy the fruits of your labour and dig into your meal with a glass of wine or take it home to share with your loved ones.
