We are BACK at Tigullio because there is always something to laugh about even in a pandemic. On Saturday 26th June the Clueless Comedy Collective get their sweet asses back to the stage with a line-up. Headlining with all the fanfare a multi-award-winning comedian deserves, VLAD ILICH is back with a vengeance. The Eastern European out to steal your job, your girlfriend and your pint returns from London and his BBC appearances. He’s still trying to get his head around Maltese culture and no-one can tell a story the way Vlad can; hilarious twists from a not-entirely-legal immigrant, catch him on stage before the police do. On stage and practically horizontal, funny Spaniard ALBERTO DE LA HERA will probably only show up if we lure him to the mike with some weed. Alberto, who came to Malta so that he could do even less work, will give you all the tips and tricks you need to earn as much as possible without actually doing anything. He has loved lockdown - not for the camaraderie or the nation coming together - but for the longer periods he got to lay in bed. Viva la cama! Our very own comedy monkey ERIM BILGIN hails from Turkey and answers the question, If ISIS had a boyband…. But relax…The only item ticking about his person is a knock-off Rolex he nicked down the souk. Thank God he is an insomniac who keeps coming up with crazy thoughts at 3 o’ clock in the morning. Where would we be in life if we didn’t know what mosquitos on steroids and crack look like? Heading back to our homegrown Maltese talent, ED VASSALLO – Malta’s favourite funny musical teenager – has taken a break from texting girls for 15 minutes to bring you the tunes he has become known for. He will be showcasing his songs and various comedic talents after his last audience clapped so hard, they sprayed themselves with last week’s sanitiser. He’ll be able to tell you why it’s never OK to cheat on cowboys, the worst-isms and the greatest threesome he never had. (Please clap or he will go home and write some dreadful poetry about it.) Hosting the night will be the silver-tongued Maltese-Brit DOM TABONE, part-pirate, part-Alan from the Hangover movies. Fast-talking, high energy Dom has worked with some of the biggest comedy names in London and is now treading the boards larger than life in his home country. He will take you through the night like Virgil on acid which is better than being with him on a banana boat if you’re female. The show is for a strictly 17+ audience. Photography and filming are prohibited. Covid restrictions apply. EUR 50 entry will get you a table of 6 plus 6 free drinks and a food platter. Doors open at 7pm, the show starts at 8pm.
